1. Introduction

Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using any Goods or Services offered under Yagy Tech Pvt Ltd or its trademarks Mealawe™, DeskDyne™, and Navmool™.
By using our websites, mobile applications, or services, or by placing an order (online, in-app, or offline), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

  • Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, order forms, and payment instructions.

  • Privacy Policy: Policy displayed on our platforms detailing data collection and storage.

  • You/Your/User: Person accessing or using Yagy Tech platforms or services.

  • We/Us/Our/Yagy: Yagy Tech Pvt Ltd and its brands Mealawe™, DeskDyne™, Navmool™.

  • Goods: Items offered for sale (including food products under Mealawe™/Navmool™).

  • Services: Technology and delivery services (including DeskDyne™ cafeteria SaaS, Mealawe™ food delivery, Navmool™ organic products).

  • Participating Vendor: Third parties that provide Goods or Services through our platforms.

  • Website/Mobile app: Refers to www.yagytech.com and all brand-specific apps and associated platforms.

3. User Eligibility and Registration

You must be 18+ or supervised by a guardian/employer to use our services.
You agree to use services for lawful purposes only.
You are responsible for securing your login credentials.
Notifications may be sent via email, SMS, or in-app messages.
Yagy may suspend access in cases of misuse, fraud, or contract termination.
Users are liable for damages to provided devices, hardware, or misuse of accounts.

4. Account Security

Protect your login credentials at all times.
Do not share, resell, or misuse account access.
Report unauthorized use immediately to Yagy Tech.

5. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and trademarks Mealawe™, DeskDyne™, and Navmool™ belong to Yagy Tech Pvt Ltd.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit platform content without written consent.

6. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Orders are confirmed once submitted and are generally non-cancellable.
Exceptions may apply for vendor or system failures.
Pricing varies by vendor, client, product category, or location.
Prices may be updated; notifications will be sent if relevant.
Payments via wallets, online gateways, or corporate billing follow provider terms.
Full payment is required upon order unless specific corporate arrangements exist.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Individual Orders – Refunds apply only if Yagy Tech or vendors fail to deliver. Requests must be raised on the same business day.
Subscription Plans – Cancellation must be requested via the platform or admin dashboard. Refunds apply only in cases such as relocation, employer disengagement, or force majeure.
Bulk / Sponsored Orders – Non-cancellable unless expressly stated in the agreement. Exceptions may apply with 24 hours’ prior notice and approval.
Refund Timelines – Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original method or wallet credit. Applicable deductions may apply. Refunds may be withheld in cases of abuse or fraud.

8. Termination & Suspension

Yagy Tech may suspend or terminate access due to misuse, fraud, inactivity, or contract violations.
Fraudulent activity will lead to immediate suspension without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Platforms and services are provided “as-is” and “as-available”.
Yagy Tech Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yagy Tech Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our platforms or services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
